After logging in, none of the buttons on the account home page work.

Symptoms: Upon logging in, none of the buttons (Enroll, Welcome *name*, etc.) do anything when clicked upon.

Solution: When this happens, it is usually do to a setting or firewall on the router or network blocking the buttons from functioning. It could also be a firewall or security software on the computer. To solve the problem, reset the router to default settings, factory reset it, or add the following sites as allowed sited/exceptions to policies:

cdn.testout.com
www.testout.com
webservices.testout.com
content.testout.com 

If that still doesn't fix the issue, try adding those sites as exceptions to any firewalls or security software on the computer and/or network.
